With a commitment to excellence and a desire to turn all of his mortgage clients into raving fans, Phillip Sharp will make sure your home purchase or refinance will a good experience.   As a 17 year veteran of the mortgage industry, Phillip has closed over $185 million in real estate mortgages and helped over one thousand families achieve the American dream of home ownership.    In 2003, Phillip was featured in “Mortgage Originator” magazine as a rookie superstar and has been recognized with other awards throughout his career.  Phillip got his start working  with builders/communities and has been a preferred lender in over 30 communities over the years – while also working with some of the finest realtor professionals that metro Atlanta has to offer.  Phillip also holds the designation as a Certified Financial Planner(CFP).   These studies have made him an expert in  matters of personal family finance which further provides value to his mortgage clients.

After being born in Huntsville, Alabama  - Phillip grew up and has lived the balance of his life in the Metro-Atlanta area.   He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia – GO DAWGS! – and received his MBA from Georgia State University.   Phillip resides in Acworth and is married with three children and a dog named Lacy.    Phillip enjoys following his children’s sports endeavors in basketball, swimming, soccer and football – also a Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Falcons fan.
