Kathleen Zimniak has been a highly successful real estate loan officer since 2004.  With an extensive professional background, she is well versed at efficiently guiding her clients through the mortgage lending process.

Her mission is to provide her clients a customer service centered experience throughout the process.  She is an expert at identifying her client’s needs, matching those needs with the best loan program and securing the best terms for their mortgage.  Whether it be a re-sale or new construction purchase or a refinance you can trust Kathleen to offer sound advice.

Kathleen’s dedication, professionalism and effectiveness has resulted in a large number of satisfied clients and consistent referrals from her business partners and past clients.  Areas of expertise include FHA, Conventional, USDA, and VA residential home loans.  She is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia. 

When Kathleen is not assisting clients, you can find her spending time with her family and friends.    She resides in Cumming with her husband Joe of 39 years.  They have a cat, “Kitty”, and two grown daughters, Alexis and Tiffany, and an awesome son in law Chris.  She has two shitzu fur grand-babies, Oliver and Purcey, who are our office mascots when the girls are on vacation. Kathleen, a New York native, also enjoys traveling back home to see her extended family.
