MY STORY:
A 20+ year veteran in the mortgage industry, I’ve had the honor of helping over a thousand families achieve their dream of home ownership and have assisted hundreds of other families with refinance and equity transactions. Originating mortgages in metro-Atlanta since 1998, I provide mortgage consulting for re-sale and new construction purchase money as well as refinances. I was born and raised in the great state of Alabama and relocated to Atlanta in 1997 after graduating magna cum laude from Auburn University at Montgomery. Confusing to most, I am a huge Bama fan even though I graduated from Auburn with a finance degree! My husband and I reside in Alpharetta with our daughter and we are all big college football fans, most Saturdays you can find us hosting or attending a tailgate party. We also enjoy golf, deep sea fishing and spending time with our large family from Kentucky to Colorado.

Also a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®), I bring the financial knowledge and expertise of a solid understanding of the connection between Divorce and Family Law, IRS Tax Rules and mortgage financing strategies as they all relate to real estate and divorce.
MY GOAL
I work with clients to identify the financing that best meets their needs, secure the best terms for that financing and deliver the best customer service experience in the industry. I bring a broad range of products, conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, fixed and ARM products as well as non-agency portfolio products to the table. With low overhead, I have the ability to offer very competitive loan packages.
I’m also a condominium lending expert, having worked as the preferred lender for many metro-Atlanta developers from 2002-2008 during the condo boom and was named a preferred lender by many of Atlanta’s most respected builders and developers, proudly serving more than 30 communities since 2002.
